What is the insurance claim process?
Assess the damage
We will be able to make a judgment on whether your roof or siding just needs a quick repair or a full replacement. Even if it is quite obvious that you will need a full roof or siding replacement, the insurance company will need us to confirm that. The assessment will tell you and the insurance company how much total damage there is so the claim can start to be processed.
We will meet the insurance adjuster on site to ensure a thorough inspection is performed. You’ll want to have someone representing your best interests on the roof to collaborate with the insurance company.
Once the claim is submitted, it will have to be approved. They will send you a check so you can start the process of repair or replacement. It’s a two check system, and we’ll help you manage that.
Repairs or Replacement
After the claim goes through, our professional team will come to your house and repair to its original form. They will repair or replace your roof or siding in an efficient manner so you can live like you were before the storm or incident as soon as possible.
Complete The Process
After we’ve completed the work, we send an invoice over to your insurance company for the final amount. Once they receive our invoice, they will send over another check to you with the remainder of the money they owe you.
